    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in fan efficiency of a contra-rotating blower in a blowing device equipped with the contra-rotating blower and a fan shroud having a baffle part for changing a flow passage area of air. SOLUTION: The blowing device is equipped with a blower 3 for supplying air to heat exchangers 1, 2 for performing heat exchange of air and heating medium and with a fan shroud 4 for holding the blower 3 and forming an air passage reaching the blower 3 from the heat exchangers 1, 2, wherein the blower is a contra-rotating blower 3 which is equipped with two axial flow fans 31, 32 mutually rotating in opposite directions and in which rotary shafts 310, 320 of two axial flow fans 31, 32 are arranged in series so as to be on the same straight line. In the fan shroud 4, a contraction flow part 42a for contracting a passage area of an air passage is provided on the air flow upstream side from a portion facing the blower 3 so as to set a work ratio of the downstream side axial flow fan 32 to the upstream side axial flow fan 31 lower than 1.
