Thus the tube joining portions can be deformed along the tube inner face while kept into contact therewith, and the increase and decrease of flow channel resistance can be controlled by preventing the fluid flow from being disordered.

Thus, the water-passing resistance can be reduced, and the distribution of flow rate can be improved.
