    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stable movement without backlash in a hinge device used for a folded part of electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, and a laptop PC, etc. SOLUTION: In the hinge device, a rotation-side low surface part 44 lower than a rotation-side reference surface 43, a rotation-side high surface part 45 formed to be approximately circular and to be higher than the rotation-side reference surface 43, and an engagement recessed part 46 formed so as to face to the rotation-side low surface part 44 and formed to be as high as the rotation-side reference surface 43, are formed on the rotation-side reference surface 43 of a rotation cam 4. In addition, a fixed-side reference surface 63, a fixed-side high surface part 64 higher than the fixed-side reference surface 63, a fixed-side low surface part 65 lower than the fixed-side reference surface 63, and an engagement protruded part 66 formed to be engaged with the fixed-side high surface part 64, are formed on a fixed cam 6. In an engagement state where the rotation-side low surface part 44 is engaged with the fixed-side high surface part 64, the engagement recessed part 46 is configured to engage with the engagement protruded part 66. In a released state where the engagement is released, the fixed-side high surface part 64 is configured to slide on the rotation-side reference surface 43, and the engagement protruded part 66 is configured to slide on the rotation-side high surface part 45.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door from being wobbled when a roller is resiliently engaged with a positioning recess in a check cam by the torsional load of a torsion spring. SOLUTION: This door hinge with a checker comprises a first hinge arm 1 and a second hinge arm 2 connected to each other through hinge pins 3 so as to be rotated relative to each other, the check cam 20 fitted to the first hinge arm 1 and having positioning recesses 25a and 25b in the outer peripheral surface thereof, the roller 22 moving on the outer peripheral surface of the check cam 20 according to the relative rotation of the first and second hinge arms 1 and 2 and being engaged with the positioning recesses 25a and 25b, and the torsion spring 23 resiling the roller 22 toward the outer peripheral surface of the check cam 20.
