    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic closing door hinge by which necessary time for closing a door is made short and the impulse sound at closing the door can be reduced. SOLUTION: The hinge is provided with a cam mechanism reversibly converting the rotary motion of a second impeller blade 3 to the axial linear motion and an urging device 75 reversely turning the linear motion in a cylindrical body 42 of a pivot part in which a first impeller blade 4 and the second impeller blade 3 are rotatably pivoted. The cam mechanism is constituted of a first cam member 76 and a second cam member 66. In the first cam member 76, its one end 76 is positioned opposite to the urging device 75 and the other end has a first cam face 764 and only performs an axial linear motion. The second cam member 66 has a second cam face 665 coming into contact with the first cam, face 764 and is rotatable in the interlocking motion with the second impeller blade 3 and converts the rotary motion of the impeller blade 3 to the linear motion of the first cam member 76. The second cam member 66 is provided with an engaging mechanism and when closing the door, the closing motion can be temporarily stopped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
