    • PURPOSE:To construct deep foundation structures, etc., in a short time by connecting panel parts fitted with metal connectors of recess-projection coupling form to the both end connecting faces of a concrete part body. CONSTITUTION:Connectors 3 are fixed to the connecting faces 2 of a concrete part body 1 through anchors 5 to form a panel part. When the concrete part 1 is connected with the other concrete part 1 on site, the connectors 3 of a recess- projection coupling form, fixed to the connecting faces 2, are coupled. Since the connectors 3 are made of a metal, the surfaces of the connectors are very slippery and therefore, they can be easily coupled. Structures, e.g., deep foundation structures, piers, tunnel, U-shape trench, etc., can thus be constructed in a short time without resorting to concreting work.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively utilize excavated soil by a method in which usual concrete is placed to the bottom of an excavated pit to form the bottom of foundation to fix steel skeletons, and a concrete mixed with soil generated at the site as aggregate is placed around the steel skeletons. CONSTITUTION:Usual concrete is placed to the bottom reinforced with iron bars of an excavated pit 1 to form the bottom of foundation. Also, steel skeletons 2 are hung down into the excavated pit 1, the fixing part 21 is set on the lower part 31 of the foundation bottom, and concrete is placed until the fixing part 21 is buried to form the upper part 32 of the foundation bottom. In forming the excavated pit 1 on the foundation bottom 3, the aggregate is selected from the excavated soil and packed on the foundation bottom 3 and then cement mortar is poured by a prepacked concrete method to form the intermediate portion 4 of the bottom. Then, the ordinary concrete is placed on the foundation intermediate portion 4 to form the bottom 5 of the foundation. Thus, the foundation of a structure is completed.

    • PURPOSE:To attain the reduction of construction cost and the enhancement of the verticality of the upper pillar by a method in which PC steel bars are symmetrically set on both side walls in the axial direction and holes or recessions are provided in the wall in crosswise direction. Also, the PC steel bars 6 are connected additionally and reinforced with a netted iron bar 9 and iron bars 9' to make up a structure having a great resistance to both bending and vertical loads.
