    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sticking object cleaning device for removing and preventing sticking objects while repeatedly colliding with a structure by floating by using natural forces like wave, wind, tidal current, or the ebb and flow of the sea. SOLUTION: This sticking object cleaning device is disposed on surfaces or around the structure in water or on the surface of water, and removes the sticking objects on the structure, as well as prevents sticking of marine organisms, by repeatedly colliding with the structure by floating by natural forces, and is constituted with ropes wound on the surfaces or around the structure, and at least one barrel with the rope penetrating therethrough and freely rotating. The barrel is composed by blow molding, or by fitting and/or welding two or three pieces of the material, and by sealing air inside to have floating force, or sealing water or sand inside or forming holes thereon to have no floating force. Integrally formed protruded parts are extended randomly on the part of the barrel contacting the structure, to enhance the durability or shaving effect on the sticking objects of the barrel.     • PURPOSE:To prevent the slope of a man-made island from being corroded by waves and drift ice, by a method wherein a slope protecting device, formed with a floating body with which a portion between the top part of the man-made island and a slope formed into contact with drift ice is covered, is disposed around the island for securing. CONSTITUTION:A slope protecting device 4 includes a top protection part 4A, protecting a top part 2A of a man-made island 2, a slope protection part 4B, protecting a slope surface 2B, and an extension part 4C. The whole of the device 4 forms a boxform floating body by welding metallic plates, such as iron plates. The device is floated on a sea surface 3 for transportation, water or concrete is poured to the interior thereof for settling, and a pin 5 is inserted into the bracket of the end of the device 4 for securing. This enables extremely efficient installation of the slope protecting device, and once the device is installed, the device can be used for a long time.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of a marine structure by providing a peelable and water-soluble protective film on the surface of the marine structure, e.g., oil fence, etc., by coating it with an antifouling paint containing an inhibitor to the adherence of marine organisms to the surface of the marine structure.
