摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold paper sheets for preventing the surfaces of printing plates from being damaged which are stackingly held between the printing plates in the field of direct press plate.
SOLUTION: This holding device for holding paper sheets from the uppermost surface of a laminate comprises a first friction roller and a second friction roller having rotating shafts generally parallel with each other. Each friction roller is installed to act a frictional force on the paper. The holding device further comprises an actuator installed to move the first friction roller in the direction of the second friction roller. The first friction roller is so disposed as to rotate around the axis of the first friction roller while moving in the direction of the second friction roller. Consequently, the portion of the paper on which the first friction roller acts a frictional force is pressed into the direction of the second friction roller.
