    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of the edge curling or slackening of the side end part of a polymer film after separated from a tenter, in a manufacturing method of the polymer film.
      SOLUTION: Suction nozzles 20 are arranged at the positions opposed to the side edge parts 11a on both sides of the polymer film 11 between a holding release position P where the film 11 is separated from the clips 13 of the tenter 12 and a first roller 17 with which the film 11 comes into contact first. Since the side edge parts 11a issued from the holding release position P are sucked by the suction nozzles 20 to be stretched, the occurrence of edge folding or wrinkles is prevented by the first roller 17. The suction nozzles 20 are not in contact with the side edge parts 11a and the gap with each of the side edge parts 11a is set to 10 mm or below.
