    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of securing current-carrying performance in an excellent state while adopting a ribbon winding method, and a method of manufacturing the pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A composite rubber ribbon 20 formed of non-conductive rubber 21 and conductive rubber 22 partially coating the non-conductive rubber 21 comprises a flat cross-sectional shape of a thickness t smaller than a width w, and comprises the thickness t gradually smaller toward both ends in the width direction. The conductive rubber 22 has cross-sectional area to be 3% or less of cross-sectional area of the composite rubber ribbon 20 and forms a surface on one side and a surface on the other side at both the ends of the composite rubber ribbon 20 so as not to expose the non-conductive rubber 21 at both the ends of the composite rubber ribbon 20. In a rubber member including a rubber ribbon winding body formed by spirally winding the rubber ribbon 20, the composite rubber ribbons 20 adjacent to each other in the width direction are partially overlapped, and a conductive path is provided by the conductive rubber 22 connected between the composite rubber ribbons 20.
