And, the body 6 is placed on the bottom 20, the cover frame 7 is placed on the cover 22 in such a way that the flange 25 is lapped on both side edges of the inner sheet 24, and the peripheral edges of the flange 25 and the sheets 24 and 23 are bonded by welder.
