摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a case with good workability at low cost by a method in which a thermoplastic resin sheet is provided on the down side of a core material and a thermoplastic resin case body and/or cover is bonded to the upside of the core material. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin outer sheet 23 is contacted with the down side of a core material of thick paper, etc., consisting of a bottom 20, a back side 21, and a cover 22, formed continuously through a foldable line, and also a thermoplastic resin inner sheet 24 is contacted with the upper face of the back side 21. And, separately, a dish-shaped case body 6 having an outward flange integrally on all periphery of its lower edge and a cover frame 7 are formed from a thermoplastic resin plate by a drawning molding method. And, the body 6 is placed on the bottom 20, the cover frame 7 is placed on the cover 22 in such a way that the flange 25 is lapped on both side edges of the inner sheet 24, and the peripheral edges of the flange 25 and the sheets 24 and 23 are bonded by welder.
