    • PURPOSE:To separate a brittle degradation layer on the surface of granular matters and to regenerate the used resin by giving force of mechanical deformation including rotation to the granular matters into which a molded product of used synthetic resin is cut. CONSTITUTION:A molded product of used synthetic resin is cut finely into granular matters of 1-10mm., preferably, 3-8mm., these matters are inserted into a separating device 11 and the brittle degradation layer on the surface of the granular matters is separated. The separating device 11 has an opening 28 in the central part. And it has, in multiple stages, fixed disks 27 each of which forms a rough face 29 in one direction at least and rotary disks 30 each of which has a shaft of rotation coaxial to the fixed disk and a rought face 31 facing the rough face 29 of at least one fexed disk 27 at an intended internal. And the shaft of rotation of the rotary disk 30 is provided with dampers 40-44 supported so that it can move vertically.

SOLUTION: The film removal and sorting method has a film removal step S5 of removing the film from a substrate by heating up the material to be treated constituted by mixing a plurality of kinds of coated resin products in which the softening temperature of the films and the substrate is different to the temperature in which the films or the substrate is softened without being melt, a sorting step S9 of sorting the material to be treated from which the film is removed is sorted to one which the films are left and one in which films are removed, film removal step is carried out by heating up the material to be treated to a first softening temperature lowest of either one of softening temperatures of the film or the substrate, thereafter the sorting step is carried out sorting it to one in which the films are left and one in which the films are removed, the film removal step and the sorting step are repeatedly carried out while serially heating the sorted material to be treated in which the films are left to the range of highest softening temperature or less of the films and the substrates of the coated resin products.     • PURPOSE:To cut up belt-shaped used tire into a large number of small pieces efficiently by a method wherein two cutting mechanisms each of which consists of the combination of a cutter shaft having a plurality of circular knives fixed thereto and a concave roller are arranged in longitudinal and transverse directions. CONSTITUTION:Two cutting mechanisms each of which consists of the combination of the cutter shaft 1, 9 having a plurality of circular knives 2, 10 fixed thereto and the concave roller 16, 29 having a plurality of grooves 17 and placed right above the shaft 1, 9 are arranged in longitudinal and transverse directions. The belt-shaped used tire 7 from which beads are removed is cut along the longitudinal direction by one by the cutting mechanisms to produce strip-shaped tire pieces 8. Then, the tire pieces 8 on a receiving stand 23 are fed to the other of the cutting mechanism by a cylinder 11 and are cut tranversely to obtain a large number of small rectangular pieces 12. When water tanks are placed at lower parts of the circular knives 2, 10, the knives are continuously cooled and tire dusts do not adhere to the knives. Accordingly, small tire pieces having fixed dimensions and capable of being burned efficiently can be obtained.
