摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a molding sufficiently small in curvature and high in dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: An extrusion molding device includes a flow passage feeding a paste raw material composition, a screw disposed upstream of the flow passage and kneading and feeding the raw material composition to the downstream side, a die which is disposed downstream of the flow passage and from which a molding consisting of the raw material composition is extruded, a rectifier disposed between the screw and the die and having a plurality of openings pierced in a thickness direction, a resistance tube communicating the downstream side of the rectifier with the die, a plurality of resistance pins disposed to pass through a tube wall of the resistance tube and individually changeable in length protruding into the resistance tube, and a means for adjusting temperatures of the plurality of resistance pins.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding device capable of producing a molding with sufficiently high dimension accuracy, and to provide a method of producing the molding.SOLUTION: The extrusion molding device includes: a channel for conveying a pasty starting material composition, the cross section of the channel being substantially circular; screws for mixing the starting material composition and conveying the same downstream, the screws being provided upstream from the channel; a die from which a molding formed from the starting material composition is extruded, the die being provided downstream from the channel; a resistance tube for connecting the channel and the die; and a flow volume adjustment plate provided with a plurality of openings that pass therethrough in the thickness direction, the plate being provided between the screws and the die. The ratio L/D of the distance L between the flow volume adjustment plate and the die to the diameter D of the channel is ≥0.5 to ≤5, and the flow volume adjustment plate makes the flow velocity distribution of the starting material composition uniform before the starting material composition enters the die.
