    • PURPOSE:To enable to keep the temperature of a lip part at constant by a structure wherein a lip heater to heat the lip part is provided in a core die arranged in a discharge hole formed on a die head. CONSTITUTION:A lip part 11, which forms a gap 12 together with a discharge hole 9 to preform parison by discharging molten resin through the gap 12, is attached on the outside of a core die 10 arranged in the discharge hole 9 formed on a die head 8. In addition, adjusting bolts 13 to adjust the gap 12 are mounted on the core die 10. Further, a lip heater 14 is mounted at the tip of the core die 10 in order to transfer its heat energy through the adjusting bolts 13 to the lip part 11. A cover 19 for the lip heater 14 is mounted on the tip of the core die in order to prevent the heat of the lip heater 14 from dissipating out of the core die 10 to the outside. Furthermore, a thermocouple 21 to measure the temperature of the lip heater 14 is arranged so as to be able to correctly control the temperature at the tip of the lip part 11. Thus, the temperature at the lip part is kept at constant, resulting in preventing the inside surface of parison from roughening.
