    • PURPOSE:To improve the high-temperature and corrosion resistance of a stainless steel pipe on the vicinity of a weld zone by forming the weld zone with 'Inconel(R)', and forming a chromized layer on the surface of the stainless steel pipe of the vicinity of the weld zone, when welding a Cr-Mo steel pipe and an austenite stainless steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:When welding each dissimilar metal of a Cr-Mo steel pipe 1 and an austenite compound stainless steel pipe 2, etc., a weld zone 7 is formed by 'Inconel(R)' of an Ni-Cr-Fe compound, the inside and outside surfaces of the stainless steel pipe 2 within a range L of 100-200mm are brought to chrome diffusing and infiltrating treatment, and a chromized layer 6 of 80-120mum is formed. Or between the Cr-Mo steel pipe 1 and the stainless steel pipe 2, a transition piece 8 whose material quality is the same kind as that of the stainless steel pipe 2, and which has the chromized layer 6 on the inside and outside surface is interposed, and weld zones 9, 10 are welded by 'Inconel(R)'. In this way, the high temperature and corrosion resistance of the stainless steel pipe 2 on the vicinity of the weld zone is improved remarkably.

Then, inside expansion is made to press inner face of the pipe material made of Al 1 or the pipe material made of Fe 3 is pressed from outside by outside fastening and the Al pipe material 1 and Fe pipe material 3 are stuck strongly. Then, a supporting member 2 made of Fe of the same quality with the Fe pipe material is welded 5 to the Fe pipe material 3. Thus, the pipe material and supporting member made of unweldable Al and Fe can be stuck strongly.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a strength drop of a welded joint part, and also to obtain a joint performance of a high quality, by preheating a weld groove part of copper and a copper alloy having high strength and high conductivity, also cooling a member located in the vicinity of a weld, and executing TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding. CONSTITUTION:Materials to be welded 1, 1 consisting of thick plate hard copper to which working and hardening treatment is performed are butted in the L- shaped or J-shaped groove, a high frequency heating coil 5 is placed, and TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding is executed, holding a temperature of a wall side groove face at a temperature of >=about 300 deg.C by a high frequency induction heating device. Also, water-cooling jackets 6, 6 provided with water leakage preventing rubber packing 7 are provided on the materials to be welded 1, 1, and the members to be welded 1, 1 are cooled forcibly. In this way, a weld 2 having a good X-ray quality is obtained, and also a strength drop can be prevented by reducing a softened area. Also, an excess metal 9 is formed on the weld 2, it is welded, and thereafter, is hit with a hammer, etc., by which strength of the joint can be raised remarkably.
