    • PURPOSE:To form a secure adhesive part and to obviate giving an electrical fault to the materials to be soldered in an electrical soldering iron tip by fitting a ceramics having two projecting ends between the soldering part and the heating part and performing metallized welding. CONSTITUTION:A ceramics 2 consisting of Al2O3 or ZrO2 or the like and having a projecting end shape 4 at both ends is fitted between an electrical soldering iron tip 1 having a recessed end and heating part 1b.
