Subsequently, the sand inside the rotor 16 is dropped into a rinse tank 30 on the downside of the rotor 16. In the rinse tank 30, an agitator 34 is rotated by the driving force of the drive unit 20, and the sand in the rinse tank 30 is washed in water while being agitated.

The device further has a sand flow-rate detector A placed at the sand discharge opening of the sand charging section and detecting the flow rate of charged sand, and an electric current detector B for detecting the value of electric current of the motor 3, a pressure control means C for the cylinders 6, and a control means D for adjusting, according to the flow rate of the sand detected by the sand flow-rate detector A, pressing force with which the cylinders 6 press the rollers 5.
