    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method capable of producing a silicone composition with stable quality in a short time and capable of corresponding to change into other variety. SOLUTION: The silicone composition includes, as essential components, an organopolysiloxane containing at least two silicone-bonded alkenyl groups in one molecule and/or containing at least two silicone-bonded hydroxy groups in one molecule and a filler with a specific surface area (BET method) of 10 m 2 /g or higher. The method for producing the silicone composition is characterized in that the essential components are kneaded by a batch-type highly shearing mixer of which a mixing vessel itself rotates, which has a high-speed rotation mixing vane installed at a position displaced from the center of the mixing vessel, and which is capable of generating a convective flow in the vertical direction by a fixed scraper. By the method for producing the silicone composition, the silicone composition having good flowability and finally satisfying the property value of products is produced efficiently in a short time at a low cost, is capable of corresponding to change into another form, and is capable of elevating the energy basic unit.
