    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an L-shaped nut-bolt turning tool capable of reinforcing a head portion by a ring-like member.
      SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the L-shaped nut-bolt turning tool includes: a cutting step for obtaining a stock 1 with a specified length by cutting a long steel pipe; an adhesion step for disposing the ring-like member R with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the stock at the outer circumference of the tip of the stock and inserting a male die 20 for pipe expansion to the inner wall of the tip of the stock and expanding the tip of the stock to stick the ring-like member R to the tip of the stock after the cutting step; a hexagonal bore forming step for inserting a male die with a hexagonal bore to the inner wall of the tip of the stock to form the hexagonal bore at the inner wall of the tip of the stock after the adhesion step; and an L type processing step for bending the stock into an L shape at a predetermined position after the hexagonal bore forming step.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in pressing by disposing symmetrically divided plate materials on both sides of a central female die adjustable to a suitable height, placing the same on two pieces of outside female dies of which the distances between the fulcrums are adjustable, and pressing the materials by means of male dies having the curved face of the radius of curvature smaller than the curvature on the inside surface of the equatorial ring in the upper part thereof. CONSTITUTION:Divided plate materials 1 of an equatorial ring are disposed on both sides of a central female die 4 adjustable to a suitable height via liners 3, and are placed on two pieces of outside female dies 5, 6 of which the distances between the fulcrums are adjustable, via distances 7. The materials 1 are successively pressed and bent at a suitable pitch from the end part to the other end part by male dies 12 worked to the curved face smaller than the curvature on the inside surface of the equatorial ring. The intermediate parts of the materials 1 are then successively bent and pressed in the opposite direction.
