    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing system which can be installed in a saved space and is suitable for producing a pharmaceutical solution.SOLUTION: The mixing system is provided with a first line in which a first flow rate regulating valve is provided in a pipe line for causing a concentrated solution to flow therethrough, a second line in which a second flow rate regulating valve is provided in a pipe line for causing a diluted solution to flow therethrough, a third line for causing a mixed solution to flow therethrough, and a mixer connected to the first to third lines. The first line regulates the flow rate of the concentrated solution by the first flow rate regulating valve and sends the concentrated solution to the mixer, the second line regulates the flow rate of the diluted solution by the second flow rate regulating valve and sends the diluted solution to the mixer and the mixer mixes the concentrated solution and the diluted solution and continuously sends the mixed solution to the third line without staying the mixed solution therein.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for homogenizing glass melt achieving both of cost reduction and homogenization of a high degree.
      SOLUTION: At least a stirring shaft 10 rotatable in the rotating direction U and a plurality of stirring vanes 11, 11', 11'' are disposed on a stirring device. The stirring vanes are arranged at intervals along the stirring shaft so as to substantially produce an effect of a conveyer in the shaft direction on the glass melt toward an outflow port. In order to improve the homogenization and, at the same time, save a noble metal, the stirring vanes 11, 11', 11'' are made to be paddle-shaped and are provided with mounting elements 11E. At least the one mounting element 11E has an edge which is extended from the stirring shaft 10 in a radial direction along a vane area and has a length less than the length L of the vane area being extended in the radial direction by a specified distance X. According to such a configuration, the generation of bubbles can be extremely reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous crystallizer which achieves crystallization having an excellent specific crystal form.
      SOLUTION: In a first reactor which includes a first inner cylinder rotating by forming a first interspace with the inside wall of a first outer tube, a reaction mixture is allowed to pass through as a spiral flow in the first interspace in a Taylor vortex state to cause blending of the reaction mixture and to cause nucleation. Further, in a second reactor which include a second inner cylinder rotating by forming a second interspace with the inside wall of a second outer tube, the reaction mixture extracted from the first reactor is blended in the second interspace, so that crystals are grown therein.
