    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing mixed gas and a gas mixing apparatus by which mixed gas where main gas is blended with additive gas at a predetermined ratio can be stably produced when the main gas and the additive gas are blended to produce the mixed gas.SOLUTION: The gas mixing apparatus 1 is provided with: a main gas circulation channel 10; an additive gas circulation channel 20; a mixing part 32; and a flow rate controlling part 40. A pilot system pressure adjusting part 14 for adjusting pressure of the main gas G1 based on pressure in the additive gas circulation channel 20 and a mass flow meter 15 for detecting a flow rate in the main gas circulation channel 10 are disposed at the main gas circulation channel 10 and further an additive gas flow rate adjuster 24 for adjusting the flow rate of the additive gas G2 is disposed at the additive gas circulation channel 20. The flow rate controlling part 40 controls the flow rate of the additive gas G2 based on the flow rate of the main gas G1 detected by the mass flow meter 15 by using the additive gas flow rate adjuster 24.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a product of high quality by analyzing composition of mixed raw materials, operating the result of analysis, sending a controlling signal from the result to gate mechanisms of hoppers and correcting the quantity of supply of the raw materials.
