    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing dust from gas, in which each filter is stable, has a long service life, is resistant to high and low temperatures and can be readily cleaned inside a container. SOLUTION: A supporting element 122 has two wire fabrics 123, 124 and a filter element 125 has one wire fabric 125. Each of the wire fabrics 123, 124 of the supporting element 122 has meshes being gaps between wires, which are used as gas permeable holes of the supporting element 122. The wire fabric of the filter element forms the exterior surface of a gas-permeable peripheral wall 121 and has gas permeable holes the inner diameter of each of which is smaller than that of each of the gas permeable holes of the wire fabrics of the supporting element positioned inside the filter element. Almost the whole inner surface of the filter element comes into contact with the supporting element.
