    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the amplitude of the heat flux passing through a plurality of sets of a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor disposed sandwiching a heat insulating material to be different easily in a contact internal thermometer.SOLUTION: A contact internal thermometer 100 comprises: a measuring surface 20 for contacting with a surface to be measured of a measuring object: a first temperature sensor laminate 33 in which a first measuring surface side temperature sensor is disposed on the measurement surface side and a first rear side temperature sensor is disposed on the rear surface side; a second temperature sensor laminate 34 in which a second measuring surface side temperature sensor is disposed on the measuring surface side and a second rear surface side temperature sensor is disposed on the rear surface side; and a controller for calculating an internal temperature of the measuring object based on the measurement result of each temperature sensor, wherein the surface area of the first rear surface side temperature sensor is different from the surface area of the second rear surface side temperature sensor.
