SOLUTION: Flexible parts 4 are provided at one or several arcuate places of an arcuate form 1, which is used as the outer surface form of the arch portion of an arch culvert or the like and formed so as to have a standard radius Ro so as to change the curvature of the form 1 by bendingly deforming the flexible parts 4 by means of a jacking device or the like provided between both the end parts of the form 1 and then each flexible part 4 is fixed with a fixing member 5 consisting of a pair of fixing pieces and bolts and nuts or the like so as to form a form having a similar arch with a radius different from the standard radium Ro in order to set the resultant form as an outer surface form to a common inner surface form, resulting in allowing to mold concrete products having various member thickness with one outer surface form.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a form at an arbitrary angle by preventing the leakage of concrete. SOLUTION: A form device is to mold a molded article by concrete into a form comprising an outer form plate 11 (11A, 11B) and an inner form plate 12 (12A, 12B, 12C). Guide means are installed for allowing the outer form plate 11 and inner form plate 12 to freely rotate at a predetermined guide locus. In the guide means for the outer form plate 11, a guide groove 18 is formed in a semicircular guide plate 16 and bearings 17, 17 of the outer form plate 11B are inserted therein. On the other hand, in the guide means for the inner form plate 12, a guide groove 35 is formed in a guide plate 33 and bearings 90, 90 of the inner form plate 12B are inserted therein. In the case when the outer form plate is rotated, the end periphery thereof is in contact with the end periphery of the outer form plate 11A at all times, and in the case when the inner form plate 12B, the end periphery thereof is always in contact with the end periphery of the inner form plate 12. Accordingly, the outer form plates 11A, 11B and the inner form plates 12B, 12C create no interstices therebetween, thereby precluding concrete from coming out therefrom.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate demolding work by a method in which with an inner frame contacted with a bottom part partition plate, material is fixed by one end fringe part, and one end side of the inner frame can be leaned inside during demolding by a lean means installed inside the other end fringe part. SOLUTION: An inner frame 10A is held strongly with a fixed plate by ribs 15 formed on the lower surface of a bottom part partition plate 12. The frame 10A is leaned inside during demolding, and a lean means 20 is installed to make a gap between the inner wall of a concrete molding and the frame 10A by the lean. The lean means 20 has a rotary shaft 221 installed in the middle of the inside of the frame 10A, makes a screw 25 engage with a screw part 24 formed on the upper side of the shaft 21, and is constituted by fixing a mounting member to the screw 25. During demolding, the shaft 21 is rotated to move the screw 25 downward, and the upper side of the frame 10A is attracted to the central part side for demolding.
