    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire inspection method and its apparatus which can ensure that the quality of tires to be shipped is at a certain level or more. SOLUTION: An appearance inspection of an unvulcanized tire T0, a uniformity inspection, a primary appearance inspection, and a secondary appearance inspection of a vulcanized tire T are carried out.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management method in a tire manufacturing process reducing defectives after vulcanization, a system of the same, and a method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire.
      SOLUTION: A uniformity inspection result of a vulcanization-molded tire T is stored in a server 100 corresponding to the tire type information of an adhesion type indication member LA. The uniformity inspection results of a plurality of tires T0 stored in the server 100 are tabulated for the respective tire types. When the number ratio of the tire T which satisfies a standard in the tabulation result of, e.g., a tire type "K5555" of the tire types is equal to or less than a predetermined value, the unvulcanized tire T0 of the tire type "K5555" is not newly molded or newly vulcanization-molded. Hence, the defectives are reduced after vulcanization.
