    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading control method of rubber material, which allows efficiently getting a kneaded rubber of stable consistency when kneading the rubber material by a roll kneader.
      SOLUTION: The kneading is conducted by controlling change in bank quantity B of a kneaded rubber R, while holding input temperature of the kneaded rubber R discharged from a closed mixer to a roll kneader 1 at 90°C or higher and controlling discharge temperature of a discharged rubber kneaded by the roll kneader 1 at a range of 60°C-80°C. The change in bank quantity B of the kneaded rubber R on the roller 2 is controlled by altering at least one of the followings: conveyor speed of a delivery conveyor belt 10 and a knead back conveyor belt 4, which jointly circulate the kneaded rubber R through the roll kneader 1 and put it in; and length of circulation path which circulates the kneaded rubber R to the roll kneader 1.

In this case, it is possible to improve the processability of the layer without deteriorating its migration suppressive effect by blending the maximum amount of approx. 50% of natural rubber in the mixture. The deterioration of weatherability and resistibility for bending and fatigue of the rubber composing the wing end part is suppressed and the life of the tire can be lengthened.
