      SOLUTION: The binding fitment comprises the base plate 1, the side plates 2 and 2 positioned on both side parts thereof, a pair of binding pipes 3 and 3 and a pair of binding bars 4 and 4 fitted thereon, and the inserting and removing operational mechanism 7 for operating insertion and removal of hinge pins 6 and 6 of the side plates 2 and 2 to hinge pipes 5 and 5 of the base plate 1. The inserting and removing operational mechanism 7 is composed of a slide piece 8 integrally constituting the hinge pins 6 and 6, a cam member 9 for operating the hinge pins 6 and 6 in the removing direction from the hinge pipes 5 and 5 by a driving piece 9a slidably brought into contact with the sliding end face 8c thereof, and a spring member 10 for applying an action force for sliding the slide piece 8 in the inserting direction of the hinge pins 6 and 6 into the hinge pipes 5 and 5, and applying an action force for returning and rotating the cam member 9 to a steady state position.
