摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding fitment in which an inserting and removing operational mechanism of hinge parts for bonding side plates with a base plate is compact, and which has good operability and durability, and does not require sorting when it is discarded.
SOLUTION: The binding fitment comprises the base plate 1, the side plates 2 and 2 positioned on both side parts thereof, a pair of binding pipes 3 and 3 and a pair of binding bars 4 and 4 fitted thereon, and the inserting and removing operational mechanism 7 for operating insertion and removal of hinge pins 6 and 6 of the side plates 2 and 2 to hinge pipes 5 and 5 of the base plate 1. The inserting and removing operational mechanism 7 is composed of a slide piece 8 integrally constituting the hinge pins 6 and 6, a cam member 9 for operating the hinge pins 6 and 6 in the removing direction from the hinge pipes 5 and 5 by a driving piece 9a slidably brought into contact with the sliding end face 8c thereof, and a spring member 10 for applying an action force for sliding the slide piece 8 in the inserting direction of the hinge pins 6 and 6 into the hinge pipes 5 and 5, and applying an action force for returning and rotating the cam member 9 to a steady state position.

SOLUTION: A back plate is fitted to the surfaces of mutually counter-positioned plates of a main body of the binding tool composed of a pair of binding members having arc-like binding claws and embraced in a freely opening/closing manner. In addition, a manipulating member equipped with a locking piece is fitted, in a vertically rotating manner, on both ends of the main body of the binding tool, and the locking piece of the manipulating member which is rotated upward is brought into contact with the back face of the back plate and thereby, the main body of the binding tool is held at the closing position. On the back face of the back plate, an engaging part which engages the locking piece rotated to the locking position, is formed. Further, a rotation supporting point hole for the manipulating member is formed at the end part of the plate and at the same time, a rotation supporting point piece of the manufacturing member to be engaged with the supporting point hole is made to obliquely project downward toward the manipulating piece from both sides of the engaging piece. SOLUTION: An operating member is installed slidably in a lateral plate casing. The operating member has a main frame in the central part of the upper edge side of which an operating piece made to face an operating opening part of the casing is formed integrally, and engaging frames provided with engaging-fitting parts of a hinge pin are provided on both right and left sides of the main frame, while lock arms each having a lock pawl formed in the fore end are formed integrally in parallel below the central part of the main frame. Besides, a leaf spring member extending integrally from one side of the main frame to the other side thereof below the lock arms and having an engaging-fitting member for an engaging projection of the inner wall of the casing formed in the fore end is formed integrally, and engaging means for pushing up the lock arms are provided in the parts of the leaf spring member between the opposed lock arms. Fitting to and removal from a base plate are conducted by engaging the engaging-fitting member of the leaf spring member with the engaging projection on the casing side and also by engaging the lock pawls removably with other engaging projections.

SOLUTION: Axial holes are provided at a back of the binder and a base plate 5 of a binding fitment. A front end side of a coupling shaft 2 having a neck part 2c between a front end side collar and a base end side flange 2a is inserted into the hole. A fixing member 3 press injected between the collar 2b of the shaft 2 and the plate 5 has a wedge plate 7c, a locking part engaged with the neck part 2c of the shaft 2, and a connecting part made of a guide port 7b communicating with the locking part. The plate 7c of the member 3 is engaged via the port 7b between the back 1a of the cover, a lower surface of the part 2b of the shaft 2 inserted into the hole of the fitment and the plate 5, and the locking part is connected to the neck part 2c of the shaft 2. When the member 3 is slid and the shaft 2 is removed from the port 7b, the cover body and the fitment are separated.
