摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending method by which an installation space and installation costs can be saved, and a bending device therefor. SOLUTION: In this bending device, a freezing bending device and a pressurization bending device are adjacently arranged for using communally a bending machine. The freeze bending device comprises an injection machine, which injects an ice bending liquid into a pipe by attaching a sealing plug to at least one end of the pipe, a freezing device for freezing the ice bending liquid injected into the pipe, a bending machine 500 for bending the pipe, in which the ice bending liquid is frozen, a thawing device for thawing the frozen ice bending liquid in the pipe, and a plug opening machine 700 for removing the sealing plug of the bent pipe. The pressurization bending device comprises an injection machine, which injects into a pipe by attaching sealing plugs to both ends of the pipe, a pressurization device 1000 for pressurizing the injected liquid in the pipe, a bending machine for bending the pipe pressurized by the pressurization device, and a plug opening machine for removing the sealing plugs of the bent pipe. When a pipe as the bending target is a single-layered pipe, the pressurization bending device is used. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a multi-layered pipe capable of preventing the occurrence of the strain of an inner pipe or an outer pipe at a bending part where a filler is arranged.
SOLUTION: The multi-layered pipe is composed of the outer pipe 2 and at least one inner pipe 1 arranged on the inside the outer pipe 2. The fibrous filler is arranged to at least one place either the inner pipe 1 or the space between the pipes in the multi-layered pipe. Prior to the bending of the multi-layered pipe at the place where the filler is arranged, in the longitudinal direction, a liquid is injected into a space including the filler arranged part of the inner pipe 1 at the inside of the outer pipe 2 and the space between the pipes at the bending part. The bending part is frozen after injecting the liquid and bent after freezing. When the liquid is injected into the filler arranged part, the liquid is injected at least by executing either one of the pressurized injection from one side across the filler arranged part or the injection from one side while decompressing from the other side across the filler arranged part, or both of them.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing method for a freeze bending in which thawing can be executed in a short period of time and by which a liquid can be removed, and to provide a thawing device and a circulation system of a liquid.
SOLUTION: The lower side end of a bent pipe stock after freeze bending for bending the pipe stock 3, in which the filled liquid is frozen, is released. A liquid injector is mounted to the upper side end and then the bent pipe stock is hanged and suspended via the liquid injector. In such a state, the bent pipe stock is immersed into a liquid in a bath storing the liquid whose temperature is raised and which has the same composition as that of the filled liquid. The temperature-raised liquid having the same composition as that of the filled liquid is pressurized and injected so that the thawed liquid is flowed out from the inside of the bent pipe stock to the outside.
