摘要： PURPOSE: To upgrade a clearance in the case of mounting a saw blade by integrally forming a saw blade holder with a grip, and providing a large step at its boundary. CONSTITUTION: A saw blade holder 22 has a slit 23 to which a rear end of a saw blade 27 is inserted and which is formed to hold the rear end. The handgrip 20 of the saw comprises a large step in a boundary 24 between a grip 21 and the holder 22. A thickness W1 of the grip 21 is a thickness for a user to grip with most easiness and a thickness W2 of the holder 22 is a thickness for forming the holding slit 23, i.e., sufficiently thinner than the thickness W1 of the grip 21. Accordingly, since a large step is generated at the boundary 24 between the grip 21 and the holder 22, the blade 22 has an advantage of easily confirming its directivity.

摘要： PURPOSE:To constitute the title saw so that a change of a saw blade is performed easily and looseness between the saw blade and a handle main body can be prevented, by a method wherein the handle main body contains the detachable saw blade, an auxiliary core is laid into a part of the handle main body besides its front part, the saw blade is formed into a shape so that the saw blade is fitted into the auxiliary saw blade and a connecting hole and a screw fitting in both the saw blade and handle main body with each other are formed respectively on the saw blade and handle main body. CONSTITUTION:An outer shell 9 is constituted of the quality of the material having elasticity and an auxiliary core 10 having an appropriate length is laid into the outer shell, in a handle main body 3. When an insertion part 6 of a saw blade 2 is inserted into an insertion hole 12 up to the interior, a rear end fitting protrusion 7 is fitted into a fitting recessed part formed in the tip of an auxiliary core. Under this state, the first set hole 8 formed in the insertion part 6 is confronted with the second set hole 14 formed in the outer shell 9 and a screw shaft 16 of a setscrew 15 is screwed into the second set hole and first set hole 8. Since the saw is constituted like this, a change of the saw blade is easy and the main body 3 and saw body 2 are set firmly at a fixed position.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make the title handsaw fittable by removing easily a handle part by making the same hard to slide and easy to handle, by a method wherein a handle main body is formed to a member having elasticity and an insertion hole into which a core part of the handle is insertable is formed in the handle main body. CONSTITUTION:A handle main body 3 is molded, for example, of synthetic rubber integrally and possesses flexibility and some elasticity. An insertion hole 10 to be formed into the handle main body 3 is of a hole into which a handle core part 6 can be inserted from its rear end 63 side and an inner form of the insertion hole 10 is in almost the same form as an external form of the handle core part 6. When the handle core part 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 10, it follows that a sense of togetherness between the handle core part 6 and handle main body is improved. With this construction, the title handsaw is hard to slide, has favorable operating properties and in case of an exchange of a blade, it is good by only removing the handle core part from the handle main body and also the exchanged blade can be inserted easily into the handle main body.

The fitting support part 5, the keep plate 6 and the root part of the saw blade 2 are piled up in the state laminated to one another so as to be clamped and fixed to one another by passing fixing screws 11 and 12 through the through holes 9 and 10.

So the insertion part 20 is inserted to the receiving recessed part 17, a screw 8 for pulling is rotated in the state of the screw hole 21 and the tip of a screw shaft 14 being engaged, the attachment 4 is pulled to the rear part by this screw 8 and fixed.
