SOLUTION: The sickle holder includes: a base (29); a latching tool (4); a safety device (5); and a holding case (7). Thus, surface soil and grass do not stagnate, therefore, the surface soil adheres little due to the hollow cylinders, and automatically separates and falls off owing to hollow cylindrical effect, even though the surface soil adheres. The protection cover prevents the hand from injury and imparts psychological security.
