    • PURPOSE:To check gas-leak from both first shut-off valve and the second shut- off valve in a short time by judging that there is no abnormality such as leak from both shut-off valves when pressure in a chamber does not reduce to the second pressure value higher than the first pressure value within a time shorter than a predetermined time, after setting the pressure in the chamber between the first shut-off valve and the second one to a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A method for checking leak from double shut-off gas valves 1, 2 is such that after pressure in detection objective chamber is set at a predetermined pressure valve, when the pressure value does not reduce to the second set pressure value within a time shorter than a predetermined time, it is judged that there is no abnormality such as valve leak. In a leak checker for double shut-off gas valves, after pressure in the detection objective member 11 is set at a predetermined pressure valve, a controller 10 for judging that the pressure does not reduce to the second pressure value within a time shorter than a predetermined time judges no abnormality such as valve leak. Thus, a time for checking valve leak is remarkably shortened.

    • PURPOSE: To conduct a reliable sequence function of a pressure displacing and converting mechanism, by a method wherein two systems are formed in a parallel relation to each other at the discharge side of a hydraulic pump, and orifices, being different in a diameter from each other, are located to their respective systems to select either of the two systems with the aid of an electromagnetic valve.
      CONSTITUTION: Working fluid discharged to a system 10 side from a hydraulic pump 2 returns to an oil tank 1 through a system 11 when an electromagnetic valve 5 is opened and through systems 12 and 13 when an electromagnetic valve 6 is opened. A diameter of an orifice 7 in the system 11 is larger than that of an orifice 8 in the system 13, and in the systems 11 and 12, a pressure P1 is generated when the valve 5 is opened, and a pressure P2, being higher than P1, is produced when the valve 6 is opened. A pressure displacing and converting mechanism 3 is actuated by means of the P1 and a mechanism 4 by means of the P2. With either of the valves 5 and 6 opened, an oil pressure at a discharge side is switched to perform a reliable sequence function of the mechanisms 3 and 4.
