    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem at the disposal of a plating waste solution and provide a delivery pipe of high quality by coating a fuel contact part of copper blazing filler material with a chemical tin plating film in a fuel delivery pipe with its components blazed by copper blazing filler material. SOLUTION: A fuel delivery pipe is provided with a main pipe 1, a fuel supply pipe 2, a fuel return pipe 3 and socket for receiving an injection nozzle as components, and these components are respectively formed of stainless steel or non-stainless base steel (such as low carbon steel). In the case of the component being non-stainless base, electrolytic nickel plating is applied to the inner peripheral surface to be at least a gasoline flow passage of the component in order to prevent the oxidizing action of gasoline caused by iron basis material, and after each component is blaze-welded by copper blazing filler material, electroless tin plating (chemical tin plating) is applied to the surface of the exposed copper blazing filler material in order to prevent the oxidation of gasoline caused by the exposed copper blazing filler material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent corrosion resistance and to facilitate manufacture without deteriorating a chipping resistant property and a splash resistant property on an outer peripheral surface roughly along overall length of a metallic pipe by covering an exposed part where a thick film type resin layer does not exist and piping parts such as an end metal fitting, a quick connector, etc., are not positioned with a protective member. SOLUTION: It is constituted by providing a resin tube 5 so that one end part straddles over a resin layer 4 and the other end part makes roughly contact with a rear end part of a piping part assembled on a pipe end part on a metallic pipe 3 having a chipping resistant property along roughly overall length of its outer peripheral surface and having the thick film type resin layer free to extrusion mold except at least the pipe end part corresponding to a working flap required for terminal working. Additionally, the resin tube 5 has thermal contractive property or a rubber tube. Additionally, a recessed part 7 which is larger in diameter than an outside diameter of an end part on the side of the piping part of the resin tube 5 and extending in the shaft core direction is provided on the rear end part of the piping part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel product which has a corrosion resistant laminated coating relatively reduced in thickness, having corrosion resistance practically equal to or higher than that of a chromate film, excellent in spreadability at the time of bending in a subsequent stage, and further free from a nickel plating layer as an outermost layer, by providing, as the alternative to a chromate film, a laminated coating layer consisting of other substances. SOLUTION: A nickel plating layer as a first layer is formed on the surface of a steel product, and a zinc or zinc alloy plating layer as a second layer is formed on the outside peripheral surface of the nickel plating layer, and further a tin plating layer as a third layer is formed on the second layer. It is preferable to further interpose a copper plating layer between the zinc a alloy plating layer and the tin plating layer. Moreover, the layer thickness of the nickel plating layer is regulated to 0.5 to 5 μm, the layer thickness of the zinc or zinc alloy plating layer is regulated to 3 to 15 μm, and the layer thickness of the tin plating layer is regulated to 0.5 to 6 μm, or the layer thickness of the copper plating layer is regulated to 0.5 to 3 μm.
