In the cylindrical elastic seal cap 9, a through-hole 9-1 having a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of a tube P which is connected, and which is nearly matched is protruded on a center part, and a locking part 9-2 for recessed and projection- fitting the elastic cap member 8 as a counterpart is formed on an outer circumferential end part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector regularly having dust preventing effect regardless of before and after the connection to piping and connectable without any trouble in the connecting work of the piping by mounting an elastic cap member from the rear end side of a connector body to enclose an engaging hole part or cutout window part by its cylindrical wall. SOLUTION: In carrying or storage before connection of piping P, an elastic cap member 8 consisting of a bottomed cylinder is preliminarily mounted from the rear end side of a connector body 1 to enclose a cutout window 1-1 part by its cylindrical wall 8-4, and a locking part 8-5 is preferably engaged with a stepped part 1-3 on the circumferential part of the connector body 1 to hold the elastic cap member 8 in a prescribed position of the circumferential part of the connector body 1. When the carrying or storage is performed in this state, intrusion of dust through the rear end part or cutout window 1-1 of the connector body 1 can be prevented by the elastic cap member 8. Accordingly, the connector regularly has dust-preventing effect, and is connectable without any trouble in the connecting work of the piping.

SOLUTION: In association with the simultaneous follow-up movement of a collet member 4 caused by slight retreat of a resin tube P after being fitted into an insert 3' part and insert-fitted into a space part, a claw wall part is pressed inward to bite into the peripheral surface of the resin tube P by contact engagement with an inclined face 2' on the joint body 1 side at an outer part of a claw wall 4'. In case of releasing the resin tube P, thread-fastening to an opposed member through thread parts 1''' of the joint body 1 is unfastened, and then the resin tube P is released immediately from a flareless state at a claw wall 4' part by slight forward pressing movement of the tube. Miniaturization can be attained through the axially short-sized structure of the joint body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the mechanical strength on the piping side near a connecting part and prevent the crack and breakage of a piping by vibration by forming a stopper wall, a guide chamber and a hook wall on a connecting hole part, relatively pressing an inserted piping in the axial direction, and connecting the end part vicinity of the piping by a swollen wall by plastic deformation. SOLUTION: A joint body 1 side or a piping P side is relatively pressed from the outside in the axial direction to bring the connecting end part of the piping P into contact with the middle inclined wall surface formed by the guide chamber 3 of a connecting hole 1', and the end part of the piping P is engagingly locked by a stopper wall 2 part. According to further pressing, an outward swollen part P' conformed to the guide chamber 3 is formed by plastic deformation in the part situated in the guide chamber 3 near the piping P end part, and its neck lower part is engaged with a hook wall 4 and connected. Thus, brazing in a connecting part is dispensed with, the connection can be easily performed by simple pressing, the influence on mechanical strength on the piping P side near the connecting part is thus eliminated, and the crack or breakage can be avoided even in a piping state under vibration.

SOLUTION: An annular recessed groove 2 is provided on the inside surface of a circumferential side wall, forming a connecting head part which is formed of a tubular material, stick material or forge product, and fastening parts 4 are provided on both side hole circumferential end surfaces of mounting holes 3 by fastening bolt provided through the recessed groove 2. An annular engaging wall 6 formed by integrally protruding the end part vicinity P' of a metal pipe P outward through an elastic seal member 5 is closely fitted to the circumferential wall part of the connecting hole 2" forming the branch pipe 2' of an eye joint 1 having the short branch pipe 2' forming the connecting hole 2" communicating with the internal recessed groove 2 which is protruded on the circumferential side wall part to constitute the connecting structure of the eye joint 1 with the slender metal pipe P. Thus, heating brazing is dispensed with, and the working property of connecting of the eye joint 1 to the slender metal pipe P is improved, and the airtightness can be also enhanced.

In the connection state of a piping P, an annular expansion expansion wall part P' incorporated in an interior through the tip part of the claw wall 5' is brought into engagement with a pressure. Further, during release, through simultaneous bending of a tongue-form wall occasioned by pull of a lever to the outside of the lever or simultaneous bending of the tongue-form wall occasioned by press, the claw wall part is released from pressure engagement.
