Projecting pieces 18c are drawn out from discontinuous sections 18b formed to the drum components by expansion and contraction operation at that time. Since bits 21 for excavation are installed onto the surfaces of the projecting pieces 18c, the ground corresponding to the discontinuous sections 18b is also excavated. Accordingly, operation can be simplified, and excavation efficiency can be enhanced.
