    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying tool which can be folded down by pushing down its drying arm simply with a predetermined pressure or more to make a drying space empty in an emergency.
      SOLUTION: The drying tool has an attaching member 1, a base arm member 2 which extends forward from the attaching member for drying, a drying arm member 3 in which a drying supporter 4 is formed, and a clutch-fitted pivot 5 which pivots the rear end of the drying arm member at the front end of the base arm member. The clutch-fitted pivot has an engagement function which supports the drying arm member at the position where it extends forward against the load of the weight of a drying pole and dried objects, and an engage-releasing function which allows the drying arm member downward steadily against a load over the weight onto the drying arm member.
