    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide evacuation equipment which evacuates an evacuee safely and makes the whole of equipment compact.
      SOLUTION: The evacuation equipment is composed of a lifting and lowering plate 4 for clogging an opening 2 for evacuation opened in a floor surface 1 and also lowering to an evacuating point 3 positioned at a lower side from the clogging position of the opening 2 for evacuation by using a weight of an evacuee A, a slowly descending device 8 for restricting the lowering speed of the lifting and lowering plate 4 by connecting to the lifting and lowering plate 4 with a veering end of a wire 7 which is rolled around a drum 6 with the rotation speed controlled by a speed reducing device 5 in order to control the veering speed, a guide support post 9 erected between the opening 2 for evacuation and the evacuation point 3, so as to guide the lifting and lowering plate 4 and controlling a horizontal oscillation of the lifting and lowering plate 4 during lowering.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic type tower which can reach the height of a high-rising building with cross links being surely and powerfully extended by maintaining a large area within the frame of each extensible body arrayed in a frame while combining the cross links in a frame.
      SOLUTION: The telescopic type tower 1 has extensible frame bodies 10 each of which advances or retracts movable links 2B on both sides of a central part link 2A through a ball screw 8 to make a link 2 freely extend or reduce while a rotary wing 30 is so arranged at the top part of each extesible frame body as to apply a lift in the direction of causing the extensible frame body to extend. The ball screw 8 is turned to make the links forming each extensible frame body extend simultaneously and this enables the extending force of the extensible frame body with the rotary wing to be cooperated with that by the simultaneous extension of the links to make the extesible frame bodies extend together, thereby making the tower 1 telescopic while maintaining the area within the frame of each extesible frame body.
