      SOLUTION: A frictional force generating means 74 for generating a frictional force from a carrier 38 to the opposed surface 51b of a case 51 is provided between the carrier 38 and the opposed surface 51b of the case 51. The frictional force generating means 74 comprises a frictional plate 71 interposed between the carrier 38 and the opposed surface 51b of the case 51; coupling members 72 which are provided at both ends of insertion portions 72a, 72a inserted into the carrier 38 and the case 51 and include abutting portions 72b, 72c that abut against the carrier 38 and an outer circumference of the case 51 to regulate the carrier 38 and the case 51 from separating from each other beyond a certain interval; and a compression spring 73 which is provided between the carrier 38 and the abutting portion 72b to press the carrier 38 toward the opposed surface 51b of the case 51 via the frictional plate 71.
