    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine capable of restraining adhesion of fuel injected from a fuel addition valve to a wall surface and capable of restraining deposition of soot. The fuel addition valve holding part 30 is formed separately from the exhaust pipe 2. The fuel addition valve holding part is formed separately from the exhaust pipe, and therefore, surface treatment of the inside of the exhaust pipe can be easily performed.
