The fluid passage 31 is bent in one direction from the case-side valve seat 21 to the atmosphere-side valve seat 32, is tapered to reduce the width toward the atmosphere-side valve seat 32, and is narrower than the ball 5 in the atmosphere-side valve seat 32.
