摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission controller for a vehicle capable of obtaining sufficient durability for foreign matter. SOLUTION: In a clutch device 10, an outer peripheral side shielding member 118 having an inner peripheral face 122 opposing to an outer peripheral face of a cover member 34 fitted in and attached to an opening of a first bottomed cylindrical rotary member 18 on an outer peripheral side of an electromagnet 60 with a slight clearance is fixed to the electromagnet 60, and a male screw (screw thread) 36 directed toward a second propeller shaft 14 side, namely, an outer peripheral side shielding member 118 side when going toward the direction of relative rotation is formed on the outer peripheral face of the cover member 34 and at least a face opposing to the inner peripheral face 122 of the outer peripheral side shielding member 118. Consequently, the foreign matter going to intrude into a clearance between the outer peripheral face of the cover member 34 and the inner peripheral face 122 of the outer peripheral side shielding member 118 is discharged onto an open side of the outer peripheral side shielding member 118, namely, a first propeller shaft 12 side by screw advance action of the screw thread to provide sufficient durability of the driving force transmission controller for the vehicle. In an inner spline 210, an end surface 212a facing an armature 50 is formed between a first region 210a with which the first outer clutch plate 31 engages and a second region 210b with which the armature 50 engages. The armature 50 abuts on an end surface 212a, so that the movement of it to the side of the first region 210a is regulated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the extent of responsiveness in time of the turnabout of a differential direction as well as to make ease of suitability with an automatic braking system upon imparting a difference in torque characteristics by the differential direction, by forming some step parts different in rotational length at both rotational ends of a stationary blade and a movable blade. SOLUTION: Plural pieces of blades 22 of thick wall being slightly smaller than the axial size of a space part 20, are projectingly installed in a rotor 21 at equiangular intervals on the circumference in the radial direction, and this space part 20 is partitioned off into plural pieces of pressure chambers 23 on the circumference by these blades 22. In succession, wall-thinned step parts 22A, 22B and 26A, 26B are formed at both rotational ends of the stationary blades and movable blades 26, and they are formed into such a asymmetric form as longer in the normal rotation of the rotor 21 but shorter in the reverse rotation. Transmission torque in time of reciprocal differential is made to be smaller than the transmission torque in time of normal differential, whereby any torque interference in time of the operation of an automatic braking system(ABS) is relieved as securing kinetic performance in four-wheel drive, and thus its suitability with the automatic braking system becomes facilitated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission control device for automobiles that provides sufficient durability against vehicle vibrations and foreign objects. SOLUTION: In a clutch device 10, an electromagnet 60 is prevented from turning as it is engaged with an engaging protrusion (engaging member) 92 provided in a bearing retaining member 86 of a bearing retaining unit 90 secured to a vehicle body. As a result, vibration from the vehicle body is transmitted via a cushioning member 84 to the engaging protrusion 92 and the electromagnet 60. This substantially reduces mechanical vibration transmitted from the vehicle body to the electromagnet 60 or clutch device 10, allowing a driving force transmission control device for automobiles to provide sufficient durability.
