SOLUTION: A liquid-sealed chamber 18 formed between a vibration control base 16 and a diaphragm 20 has a partition portion 28. The partition portion 28 has an elastic film 34 for partitioning a main liquid chamber 18A from a sub liquid chamber 18B. A protrusion 38 is provided which is protruded from a main liquid chamber side film surface 34M of the elastic film 34 having the main liquid chamber side film surface 34M and a sub liquid chamber side film surface 34N, into the main liquid chamber 18A. In an elastic film portion 34B on which the protrusion is provided, a cut 40 is provided passing through the elastic film 34 including the protrusion 38 in a film thickness direction T.
