    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling type vibration-proof device having a simple structure, miniaturized, inexpensive and excellent in durability and reliability. SOLUTION: The liquid filling type vibration-proof device is provided with a rubber elastic body 13 interposed between first and second mounting members 11, 12; a diaphragm 19 forming a liquid chamber 15 between the rubber elastic body 13 and it; and a partition plate 20 formed with a plurality of kinds of orifice passages 23, 24 for partitioning the inside of the liquid chamber 15 to a first small liquid chamber 16 and a second small liquid chamber 17 and communicating both chambers with each other. The plurality of kinds of orifice passages 23, 24 consist of the first orifice passage 23 with low liquid column resonance frequency and the second orifice passage 24 with high liquid column resonance frequency. A movable plug member 25 is provided for closing an opening 24a for restricting the flow from the first small liquid chamber 16 to the second small liquid chamber 17 in response to differential pressures at front and rear sides relative to low frequency vibration input, and maintaining the second orifice passage 24 in the opened state in response to the differential pressures at the front and rear sides relative to high frequency vibration input.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for changing over the characteristic of a rotary valve by reducing an operational rotating angle of the rotary valve required for opening/closing a second orifice flow passage and a third orifice flow passage.
