    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin temperature control method and an apparatus of an online blend injection molding machine which can automatically keep a plasticized resin temperature at a desirable value when a resin temperature is varied to a setpoint value.
      SOLUTION: A resin temperature control unit 200 comprises: a mode selection section 200a which selects three correction modes composed of a barrel temperature correction mode, a screw rotational frequency correction mode, and a feed amount correction mode; a display 200b; a parameter 200c; and a controller 200e which controls these. A detected temperature θ(t) of a plasticized resin which is given from a thermocouple 30 arranged in the vicinity of a resin outlet g1 of a barrel 10f and a target resin temperature are compared, an alarm is generated if a predetermined width is exceeded, and an operator selects a mode selection section. Control command signals C1, C2, and C3 are given to each controll unit U1, U2, and, U3 of a motor 10a, motors 20a and 20b, and a heating device and/or a cooling device 40 and 50 which are control items corresponding to the selected mode.

      SOLUTION: The fork 16 is removably fitted to a hand 15 by a bolt 17. The hand 15 is provided with a fork tip position adjusting means 20 composed of a shim 21 and a shim presser 22 which are abutted on the lower surface of the fork 16 to push up the tip side of the fork 16. The shims 21 of various thicknesses are previously provided, and the shim having such a thickness that the tip of the fork 16 is substantially equal to the base end is selected and used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online-blend type injection molding machine in which a reference position of thermal expansion in an injection direction is set near a connected part between an accumulator and an injection barrel of an injection device.
      SOLUTION: A fixed frame F1A, which is attached and fixed to a base frame BF, surrounds a rear part of the injection barrel 14C of the injection device 14, and holds it in such a manner as to be slidable in a Z-direction. An annular arm 26 is elongated from a left end surface of the fixed frame; a left end surface of the arm abuts on a right end surface of a diameter-enlarged part 22 which is formed on the injection barrel; a fixing bracket 20 abuts on a left end surface of the diameter-enlarged part; and the left end surface of the arm and the fixing bracket are fastened together by means of a fastening bolt 24 in the state of sandwiching the diameter-enlarged part. Thus, the reference position of the thermal expansion in the injection direction can be set near the connected part between the accumulator and the injection barrel; a position of the accumulator is fixed; a machine can be assembled on the basis of the position of the accumulator; and maintenance work is facilitated.
