摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for starting an extruder, constituted so as to automatically drive a drive mechanism when the temperature of the lubricating oil of a lubricating oil pump rises or a drive time is elapsed to a certain degree to satisfy a definite condition.
SOLUTION: In the method for starting the extruder 11 composed of a plasticizing cylinder 15, the plasticizing screw 16 provided in the plasticizing cylinder, an inverter motor 26 cooperating with the plasticizing screw through a gear box 28 to rotationally drive the plasticizing screw and the lubricating oil pump 75 communicating with the gear box to circulate the lubricating oil to the gear box and constituted so as to plasticize the synthetic resin material supplied into the plasticizing cylinder by the rotation of the plasticizing screw to extrude the plasticized resin, the lubricating oil pump 75 is turned on to be driven when the starting switch 78 of an inverter switch 26 is closed and, after the lubricating oil pump satisfies a definite condition, the inverter motor is driven.

SOLUTION: The continuous plasticizing type injection molding machine is equipped with the continuous plasticizing device 11 for plasticizing a synthetic resin material, the accumulator device 12 comprising the cylinder 30 communicating with the outflow passage 19 of the continuous plasticizing device and the piston 31 provided in the cylinder, an injection device 13 for metering/injecting the plasticized resin supplied from the accumulator device, a feeder 20 for supplying the synthetic resin material to the continuous plasticizing device 11, a linear scale 45 as a measuring means for measuring the position of the piston 31 of the accumulator device and reporting the amount of the plasticized resin in the cylinder and a control part 14 for controlling the parameter of the feeder corresponding to the measured result obtained by measuring the position of the piston at every cycle by the linear scale.
