    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a magnet surface struck type rotary electric machine in which a flat plate permanent magnet can be stably fixed on an outer periphery of a rotor main part for a long period and reliability is sufficiently secured.SOLUTION: A rotor of a magnet surface stuck type rotary electric machine includes a rotor main part which is formed in a cylindrical shape and fixed to a rotation axis 10, and a plurality of flat plate permanent magnets 9 which are provided so as to correspond to the number of poles in a circumferential direction on a cylindrical surface of the rotor main part and whose rear surfaces are stuck to the cylindrical surface in a rotor block for each block. The rotor also includes a plurality-of-stages skew type rotor main body which is formed by gradually displacing the arrangement center of the flat plate permanent magnets 9 in the axial circumferential direction of the rotation axis for each block, and pressing plates 21 which have nonmagnetic annular shape side surface pressing parts which can be mounted to the plurality of rotor blocks from one side in the axial direction of the rotation axis and press side surfaces of the flat plate permanent magnets against the one side in the axial direction and surface pressing parts which are installed consecutively to the side surface pressing parts and press surfaces of the flat plate permanent magnets in the axial center direction.

A non-magnetic annular pressing plate is provided which includes a surface pressing part mounted while facing the plurality of rotor blocks from both sides in an axial direction of the rotary shaft, respectively, and pressing surfaces of the plurality of plate permanent magnets in a shaft central direction of the rotary shaft.
