    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a torque ripple, an oscillation and a noise by effectively obtaining an effect similar to a skew effect. SOLUTION: The rotor of a reluctance type rotating electric machine includes a rotor core obtained by laminating many annular silicon steel sheets and divided into a plurality of blocks. One block 3 is formed by displacing a magnetic recess 8 and a magnetic protrusion 9 in an opposite direction (clockwise direction) to a rotating direction X by an angle Δθ with a centerline Lo passing keys 10, 11 as a reference, and forming the magnetic recess 8 and the magnetic protrusion 9. Other blocks 4 are formed by displacing a magnetic recess 15 and a magnetic protrusion 16 by an angle Δθ with the centerline Lo as a reference in the rotating direction X (counterclockwise direction), and forming the magnetic recess part 15 and the magnetic protrusion 16.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the temperature of a stator coil by minimizing temperature difference between an air-intake section and an exhaust section, formed inside a stator iron core as a ventilation path. SOLUTION: A stator 3, in which an air duct is formed radially with an appropriate space in axial direction and a stator coil 5, is housed on the inside diameter side is provided with an air gap to a rotor 2, which is provided rotatably in a closed shell 1. A ventilation path for guiding a cooling gas is formed on the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side of the rotor and the stator.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control any shaking in a car by detecting an extent of rolling in the cab through a vibro-sensor set up in the car, performing control operation with a control unit in sue of the signal output, and generating inertia force out of an actuator so as to serve as the damping force to the rolling in the car. SOLUTION: A motor 11 and a direct-acting system 12 are installed in the lower part of a car, and a weight 13 doing its rectilinear motion is set up there. Each signal of a position detector 15 detecting a position of this weight 13 and a vibro-isolator 14 set up in the car is inputted into an computing element 17 via an analog-to-digital converter 16. After control operation is executed hereat, the output is converted into an analog signal by a digital-to-analog converter 18, inputting it into a driver 19 which drives the motor 11 in accordance with a command out of a controller. Here the computing element 17, recognizing the size of swing in the car and its direction, operates the rotational direction and speed of the motor 11 for generating inertia force by motion of the weight 13 in a direction of reducing this swing.
