      SOLUTION: The mobile phone provided with a mobile phone function 2 and a long wave transmission function 3 used for communication with other device in an ordinary state is switched to any of a function mode wherein power is supplied to the mobile phone function 2 only, a second mode wherein power is supplied to the long wave transmission function 3 only, and a third mode wherein power is switched and supplied to the mobile phone function 2 and the long wave transmission function 3. In an ordinary state, the first mode is used and the third mode is switched for each prescribed period in the first mode to receive a long wave so as to confirm the presence of a particular signal for emergency, selects the second mode when the long wave is included and transmits an ID of the own mobile phone 1 by using the long wave transmission function 3.

      SOLUTION: In the wireless communication system wherein a plurality of wireless communication terminals are connected to a single wireless base station via radio channels, the wireless base station transmits an in-emergency mode changeover signal to a plurality of communication terminals to switch the terminals to an in-emergency mode. In response to the in-emergency changeover signal transmitted from the wireless base station, the first wireless communication terminal is switched to the in-emergency mode and requests an outgoing call with use of a control frame having a flag in a specific zone set at ON. The wireless base station allows the outgoing call from the first communication terminal, while refusing an outgoing call from the second communication terminal not using the control frame corresponding to the in-emergency mode.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a perfect magnetic shield to the outside by a simple constitution, by bonding a material, which becomes superconductive by cooling the same with a cooling medium keeping a steady state even when a vacuum container is not used, to the wall of the arranging space of high magnetic field machinery. CONSTITUTION:The wall of a room 2, where the main body 1 of a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus is arranged, is brought to a room shield structure by bonding a high temp. superconductive material or room temp. superconductive material 4 to said wall. When the high temp. superconductive material 4 is used, constitution such that the high temp. superconductive material 4 is received in a cooling medium container is provided and a cooling medium such as liquid nitrogen or liquid hydrogen for holding the high temp. superconductive material 4 to a superconductive state is received in the cooling medium container. When the room temp. superconductive material is used, the cooling medium container becomes unnecessary. Since the wall surface of the arranging room 2 is in a superconductive state, perfect diamagnetism is shown and the magnetic field generated from the main body 1 does not enter the wall surface interior (high temp. superconductive material) of the arranging room 2 and the perfect magnetic shield to the outside of the arranging room 2 is realized. Since liquid nitrogen or hydrogen requires no vacuum heat insulation, the structure of the cooling medium container is simple.
