In addition, the autoclave 1 is provided with a motor 10 (for example, a stepping motor) which is connected to the rotatable valve element 8b of the exhaust valve 8 to enable continuous change of the rotation angle of the valve element 8b, the exhaust valve 8 (for example, a ball valve) having the valve element 8b having fluid resistance continuously changeable according to the rotation angle and rotation angle adjusting means 13a and 13b which adjust the rotation angle of the motor 10.
