摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for assuring a space alongside a device casing and further to make it possible to easily carry out locking in a closing state of a cap by upwardly opening the cap and locking the cap by means of pins in the closing state. SOLUTION: When a cap is closed, the outer cap 26 of the cap depresses a tongue piece 25 of a shutter at the bottom edge thereof. The shutter is turned downward by accompanying the pressing, by which the hole 17 of a guide lock 16 is opened. On the other hand, the front end of the lock pin 18 plunges into the hole 29 of the outer cap 26. Such action is transmitted to the lock pin 33 as well via links 36, 35 and the pin 33 also plunges into a hole 37 formed at the side edge of the outer cap 26. When a manipulation lever 12 is manipulated, the pin 15 is turned clockwise around a supporting shaft 11 and a link 14 is turned as well by accompanying the same. Such action is transmitted via links 36, 35 to the lock pin 33 and the front end of the pin 33 is detached from the hole 37 of the outer cap 26. The unlocked cap is opened upward around a hinge.
